Timeline note sent by Nemanja Jovanovic:
From the Račak Massacre," Wikipedia:
The killings were a major factor in NATO deciding to use force against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia to end its campaign of violence against Kosovo Albanians. The incident was the subject of three forensic reports: One Yugoslaian, another Belarusian and the third Finnish. The first two, which were commissioned by the Yugoslav government, concluded that those killed were, in fact, not civilians.
Jovanovic: "Third Finish forensic later said that there was pressure on her to make Racak look more bloody. In her book later she admitted it."
