People have been calling Montana "the last best place." However dubious the claim it is described as such only because it has not been hit with the kind of population growth that has hit my home state: California. Some in Montana are upset with recent population growth. Many who grew up in California, like me, have fled their home state. But the nation in general seems little concerned about what additional population growth will do to their state. Are advocacy journalists like Lou Dobbs warning us.
